Senior Broker/Broker Manager

Our client is one of the largest commercial developers in Arizona. They offer the experienced sales manager an exciting, fast-paced working environment and the individual freedom to be innovative.

Their success in 2005 drives aggressive plans for expansion in 2006. An opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager is available now in metro Phoenix. The Sales Manager leads the growth and development of brokers and executes tactical and strategic plans that generate revenue as well as meet the philosophical goals of the company.

This is a position for a highly experienced, industry professional; with a commensurate base salary and earning potential.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Manage and drive broker volumes.
• Establish team and individual broker goals for production growth, assisting in the creation and implementation of strategies to accomplish production objectives.
• Recruit, interview and participate in the hiring decisions for a high quality broker staff.
• Assist in the development, coaching and counseling of new brokers, performing regular reviews to chart progress and development.
• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of cordial broker relationships.
• Identify and provide sales-related training and motivation opportunities for brokers.
• Conduct broker meetings to ensure team communications.

Qualifications include at least ten years of demonstrated success as a broker in commercial real estate/property management, strong sales skills and PC skills. Ideal candidates will have excellent networking skills, established industry contacts and an extensive knowledge of the Phoenix metro market. Successful candidates are proven self-starters with a demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision.
